In today’s world the use of technology has become a requirement more than a fancy. Data is collected in different fields for different purposes. For example in a hospital the information of the patient and the treatment provided to him are always recorded for various purposes like taxes and future references for next appointment etc. Most of this information is stored on the hospital computer database. Similarly it applies in many cases like medical shops, food joints etc. Now at a certain point of time the transfer of such information will be essential for various purposes again.  This transfer can be done by hard disks, mail attachments etc. But such methods always have a loophole like for example the hard disks are too heavy to carry around and the mail attachments take too long to upload. Such problems can be avoided for smaller data transfer. For this purpose the use of Pen Drives has been introduced. These pen drives are very small in size and can be carried around with the ease of carrying a pen. The pen drives are really small in size and can hold information capacities in the ranges of 4GB, 8GB so on. These are also relatively cheap and cost in the region of around a Maximum of 25 $ depending upon the brand. These are also very light in weight and weigh around 7gms each. They also come with the facility of a neck strap to prevent misplacement or loss!
